The tank is about 2200 liters. If im not totally wrong that would be about 570-580 gallon give or take.

The tank is still 2200 liters. And they are dovii. They are about 30-35cm

It looks like he has some bogwood in the tank, if its bogwood then that is most likely what is staining the water that sort of tea-colour, the tannins bogwood releases into water can actually be beneficial for certain types of catfish as tannins can have an anti-bacterial effect on the water etc or something like that .
