My tank is not level - break it down and level it?

yeah only do it if you want to no need as far as the water goes starting from scratch usually doesn't make a difference i do it all the time

SO which is more important, level or flat?

I am getting a 100 acry 72x18x18. It will sit on a custom cabinet, matching my kitchen cabinets. it is along an exterior wall with 4 floor joists under it. So it is very supported. New house btw. And the floor is hardwood.

Anyhow, in order to get true level, i need to raise the back 1/16 of an inch, a paint stick is pretty close. BUT, if i shim, i can not get any shims along the back, 74". only along the sides 20". I am worried if I shim i may get bowing of the cabinet along the back.

I think i could leave it, so the stand is fully supported om the floor. And i can screw it to the wall studs. and since the lower side is against the wall, if i ever get any sag, it will be where the high side is, because the low side is sitting right above the block foundation, and it will screwed to the wall.

so over time it might end up level anyhow.

Should i really worry about level, for such a small amount, or just let it ride, since everything is flat and fully supported?

I made the same mistake when I set up my large tank, filled it with the feet on the carpet rail, had to drain it

I'm off about a half inch on one side. This is on a concrete floor that is pitched in the basement. I have 96x30x30 acrylic.......I could care less about it. The pain was with my 135 cause I had overflows on both sides so I had to overfill the tank so it wouldn't starve the other one.
