My tank just keeps getting filthy!

New media don't help but water changes and less feeding will help , prob want bigger external filter on tank aswell and plenty of oxygen and flow in water , if not filter air stone or powerhead better than nothing

whats your water change like? weekly, every other week? monthly? you should do water change atleast weekly, if not twice a week.

This is correct. I went to a fish store and they told me it was a bacteria bloom. I bought some tablets that take 4-5 days to remove the harmful bacteria. Ill post in 2-4 days to let you guys know if it worked
