my tank!!! suggestion/critues?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Id suggest having strong sides and a sandy middle. two similarly sized pieces of driftwood on each side with the fake plants bunched around them on the bottom. then I'd start thinking about the lighting, the blue strip just doesnt do it for me and kinda blends all of the colors of the tank together. Id get some sort of light bulb that is in the "natural sunlight" range, between 4500K and 10000K. This will allow all of the decorations to reflect their own respective colors and you can play around with the contrast of the greens of the plants and the browns of the driftwood and stones better.

Thanks for all the suggestion guys ill try to get some driftwood and yea I have a pond in progress the storms been stopping me that last few days but it should still he done by December

Yea the green and white plants started to rot idk why though had one of those in my 20g and it was fine but eh live and learn.

As for the lights I played wrought with it a bit and I think I go the lighting I liked ill post some updated pic when I get the chance. And also the current it pretty slow but constant have a return pump from my sump that is split into 4 pipe

With the stock you have you will need to upgrade to atleast a 300g. Other than that it looks pretty nice.

im not up-grading this is a grow out tank for a pond in progress and here are some update pics
