Here's what I think. You have nice fish but there's too many in there, and fish that wll outgrow the tank. I like Severum but they will get way too big for that tank which looks like what...a 30 gallon? Same with the loaches. It could be a growout tank but you made it sound like it's your only tank.
Another thing, take out the African too it doesn't belong with CA/SA's imo.
Next, the marine background (with yellow tang included) doesn't go well with your freshwater setup. A simple black or blue background will show off the fish more.

I like the fish and the decor....the background has to go....mixing saltwater and freshwater looks bad....remove it and go with a nice blue background....

the fish will be overcrowded in a couple of months if they are not already. so for now change a lot of water! Lemme guess is that an atman filter? good brand. I perssonally would take out the shipwrecks. but thats just me i like "natural stuff" also it would look better if the substrate was sand instead of gravel. mixing african, C/A, and S/A is almost never a good idea. but do what you like its not a bad tank, there is just room for improvement as there is for ALL tanks. Remember, for each his own!

I have another tank cycling atm- which the severums will go into. the african will be going soon- and will be removing the background shortly, i got it for free ( i know there not much) and put it up as its better than no background.
