My temporary aggressive 240

Now thats a Monster Cichlid tank! I have to agree with REC the Umbee does look female. I've had large females with long trailers and lots of freckling but never a male with black in its dorsal. However Cool tank and Who is the King of the tank?

The buttikoferi and the Jag get along well, but they are the kings. I would say when push comes to shove, the Jag rules the roost. I am a little dissapointed that the umbee appears female. I really wanted a male. Oh well, if I can find a male the 240 would make a sweet umbee tank.

I am assuming you did not read the original post. I will simplify. This is temporary...as in very soon it will be a dovii tank only.
