Really nice close ups of the NTT's...I notice just after I do a water change most of my growouts will become vivdly stable and actively swim around for a few hours before settling back down.

that is EXACTLY what happens.. after a water change they are super bright and active for about 2-3 hours and then its back to hiding.. makes me want to do a water change everyday! lol

You just have to have patience with them.I've kept and gotten rid of some real lookers over the years because I was not willing to commit and work with them.My current group of growouts were at a comfort level with each other,of sorts, untill I picked up and added a few others. Now it's as if they all have to feel each other out all over again.

im trying to have patience. I really like them and the tank setup i have right now. Im just hoping that they turn around i did add some silver dollars and some big clown loaches to try and entice them out and about, its worked a little bit i guess
