haha yeah if you wanna lose some fingers 
but no i dont know how to catch them, just be careful with getting close to its mouth, mine is really aggressive...

Hahaha I just watched your video link. That thing is FUNNY with it's constant smile and tiny little legs...like it's straight out of a cartoon or something.

I had one for about 3 years, finally escaped the tank while we were away and died (no matter what I did, it always found a way to escape). They are really interesting amphibiums; eats almost anything that don't eat it first. I guess the best way to discribe the amphiuma is a cross between an eel and a salamander (the legs are useless).
