Nice looking little Escons, But no real FH breeder would waste their time with that cross because your making a giant leap backwards. Your going to lose a majority of the traits that make your Kamfa unique and quality. It would take many many generations to develop what your trying to develop out of the Tit. Kamfa x Escon cross. F1 offspring will be lowgrade Kamfas or Flowerhorny tex's. Get yourself a quality female kamfa and dont waste the genetics of this guy by breeding low quality.
Befor dropping $ on a nice female, I would test his fertility with a blood parrot. Odds point to sterile, But there is always a chance. Good luck in your endeavors.

Thank you for the kind words and advice.

I do have a parrot growing out, not sure on sex as of yet. Perhaps if its a girl I will use to test fertility, good advice bro.

I noticed recently my kamfa is getting really bright silver patches/spots in his fins and scales. It looks like he is fading/molting? I'll try to get some good pics of it.

Rule number 1: If your male is a firm Kamfa, it won't be able to fertile another Kamfa. No one knows why, but Kamfa can't cross with another Kamfa.
Rule number 2: If your male is fertile, cross it with a KKP - it will have pearls and possibly look even better with a variety of eye color(and still a Kamfa).
Rule number 3: Crossing it with a Texas, it will be like throwing a dart in the dark - your chance is 50/50 that it will still be a Kamfa.

:D
