Alas, this was before the internet websites were known to me. I took a bunch of pictures though, and had a photo album of them, but its long since gone. :(. They were spectacular fish, absolutely awesome. The groupers were some of the easiest fish I've ever kept from SW...;). Probably the funnest as well!

well thanks for that info.. One of my favorites is the black and white spotted grouper.. I can see how they would be awesome to keep.. they are always out and about, look sharp and grow big.. and good to hear that they are not delicate like some marine fish.. someday i will have some groupers!! ;)

Lizz, the size of tanks for SW monsters ( groupers et al ) has nothing to do with FW monsters..much bigger tanks are needed:) :)

how big a tank for a couple of groupers.. do they get humungus... instead of huge,:D
 
they get--- for 2 groupers i think you'd need 2000 litres ( ca 500 gallons )

Thats what i thought you were going to say..nah can't lift it... so it is not in the future...hubby says anything we can't lift is too big now...haha:D

I just started a saltwater tank and I am very happy.
