i hate highway 5 - its sooo boring!!

Agreed. I usually take Highway 99 instead of I-5 when I go to L.A. There are at least some cities and towns to keep me from nodding off at the wheel.

The Florida trip was 4,200 miles total - trust me, there's a lot more than roads LOL

man, the 5 freeway is one boring drive. should've taken highway 1 along the coast. that's worth the extra few hours if you have to drive it once in your life.
