No, they are not from the same area. RFT SA and 3-toed are from the south U.S. They get along well and they do have different diet requirements that I do attend to. I am not worried about one transmitting disease to another since they were all captive bred and came from the same farm. In time the redfoot will most likely get his own tank do to the fact that he will out grow his tank mates and require a larger enclosure. They share an outdoor pen in the summer as well. Oh yeah, he is a cherry head rft wich is a dwarf.
ever since i saw a friends full grown red foot i have wanted one but instead i have my sulcata that just kicks it in the yard...but i love em...nice pics...love the bird ridin dirty
I like your yellow foot. I had one but had to get rid of him when he got a bad upper respitory infection and parasites.
