My Two New Ranchus

nice, great fun ranchu and much under appreciated, I have a few and one is an awesome piebald with a blue eye and a black eye!-)
 
Very cool! It's too bad more people on MFK don't have or share the ones they do have here. Goldfish really are amazing fish. Relatively hardy, fairly peaceful and come in tons of great shapes, sizes and colors.

You should share them some time. One of my fave Ranchu colors is calico/pied.

Thanks. yes very true... its funny i've kept fish for 34 years, give or take, and I started with goldfish, and kept just about everything, and now 34 years later im back to keeping goldfish exclusively.

Thanks, the peacefulness is a big attractant. So is the responsiveness and the color.

How many do you have now dude? Still got the big one?
I had an orange too but lost him randomly he went off food and passed. I feed Hikari lion head pellets. Any tips on keeping them alive or do some have defects and die young?
