They are Gold Saums, The nicer Green Terror morph. Gold Saums develop colors at a much younger age and look much nicer. The most common GT's people own are Silver Saums which are much more common.

Yep, even I have to agree with this. They are gold saums, but the lfs call them royals just to make more money. They are a very nice fish. A little update on them. They have grown an inch or so. Pics this weekend.

I see way more Golds than Silver/White. Most people like the Gold trim over the Silver trim. They are the same fish just different color edging on the fin and they color up at the same age as long as they are the dominant male in the tank.
