my Uaru pair

Did you get them as a pair, or they've paired on their own? and what's the size of the tank? I have 4 uarus which i'm eager to see them paired, but they're still 5 inches.

they paired up on their own, got em at 1.5" more than two years ago (i had three). they are currently in a 75 gal. tank. the Uarus have grown to 9" (male) and 7" (female).

the pair is with a Sorubim lima, a Hepsetus odoe (8"), and a D. microlepis (6"). the male Uaru is the boss in the community (funny enough).
