Thanks Doug. I've always loved monitors and this is a great species to get your feet wet with. Oh, and I love tegus too. A reptile shop near me has a bunch of baby argentines that I love to hold when I stop in to buy crickets.

The price really depends if you want true Reds or Yellows. Yellow Ackies (like mine) go for between $150 to $200 each while the Reds usually go for $200 to $300 each.

With luck, I should have some babies from this pair in 9-10 months for sale.
