Red spot bulbs are not good for nigth time heating they are very powerfull, reps need to cool a bitt during nigth and if you put them on a termostat they will continualy open and shut. Ive tryed thouse but my igs had real trouble sleeping. Try sleeping at nigth with one of thouse shining over your head. Your gonna be krazy
