thanks everyone. my supplier had some issues with some of his wild greens. they were darkening a little and he will not ship until they are perfect. he offered to ship them today but if anything delays the shipment they will sit all weekend. I decided to wait til monday so hopefully I'll get them on tuesday. will post some pics after they settle in.
