Yup, I've been talking to Toyin and he's pretty confident that they're not Volta endlies. They're definitely wild, which was all I really cared about in the first place. I guess I'll tack a true BV onto my order just to see the differences.
Aww man haha. These are super duper active, you're missing outHendre I don't really care for the upper jaw species, so no P. Senegalus in my tanks haha. I'll probably get a Teugulsi at some point, but that's the extent of it. This is gonna be all lower jaw species.
Who's fin is poking out there?
BN pleco?

Yeah. They are from Monster Aquarium. I've been bothering Toyin for quite sometime for black volta endli. He was telling me Monster has them(Toyin never saw Monster's pictures). I told him they didn't look like black volta. I sent him the pictures Monster Aquarium had posted. That's when Toyin told me he thinks they are Nigerian.
Toothbrush and sponge is the best hahaYup. I keep one in all my tanks for algae control. Though on that note, this guy is getting lazy. I'll probably trade him in for an albino Gibbi
Fair enough. My wild caught sen is rarely on the bottom though, have no upper water fishMy tank is a virtual bee hive of activity in the mid/upper levels. The majority of the inhabitants are larger barbs/carp/cyprinids/dats, so I'd like to keep it calm on the ground level HAHA
