PPS - As everyone can see I am dealing with some aggression in my tank right now. My florida gar and one of my longnose gars are both working on growing their tailfins back to normal.

It's hard to take a bad picture of this fish, but yes I know what you mean. If you look at my old photos though you will see this is quite an improvement as far as quality goes.

This is the first one I have seen since I got into the hobby, though they do pop up every once in a while as you can find pictures of others online.

Yes, Solomon warned me of this. It was a risk I am willing to take after seeing the fish stable at this color for almost a year. I have faith in the bling.

Thanks guys. Most of these fish will be making a transition to my new 500 gallon soon (yeah, I know I keep saying that, these projects take time ) and I am hoping that will help curb some of the aggression. The tank is getting very cramped @ 150 gallons, especially considering the 14" fly river turtle at the bottom.
