My Year old snapping turtle

This guy was quarter size when i found him last summer.. and now he will be moving out of this house into a new house.. He is sooooooooo cute and fun to watch

Thanks everyone... he stands up and begs ...i can't tell you how many times he went over backwards.. he is a northern snapper.. i quess common for new york...

Mine begs too...it's kind of scary actually. She's in a big trough thing in the yard and when people walk by, she swims over and floats up at the top waiting. And if you move your hand or something, she snaps!

so what your saying is..........the cute is just temporary... well hopefully we will grow together and it won't be so overwhelming..haha but he will never be turtle soup if i can help it...
