Dont worry man.....the NGT is just fine. VERY slow grower though. My 4 indos and my AT are just fine. I have only one thin bar left form my group. I located one nearby I might grab next week if me tank remains stable. How are your ST??
Good to hear Ken,have you gotten it off of feeders yet?....My STs are doing fine.I just can't keep them together because the bigger one tries to kill any other dat that I place in the tank with it.

I never fed it any feeders....It eats Krill and Prawn. I wish i could get it on pellets. My AT is growing 5x as fast on massivore....I will try and put some updated pics soon....got a new camera.

Running on a canister? Place the outlet above the water level. If the air pump is to fail u again at least there is some aeration from the bubbles created by the gushing of water from the canister outlet
I ran my cannister...FX5 off a AC power converter off my BMW for 40 hours straight. The temp only dipped from 80 to 77 degrees and I ran an air pump as well. Everyone was looking a bit bleary when I noticed the pump out but only the Thin Bars died. Never even saw them up near the top!

Hmmm.I know it's been a while but I don't remember it eating those things.I think that was my main reason for selling it.Glad it's doing well though.

what you run off your car i have set up all the time a 1k power inverter with 4 x massive camping bats it will run a big pump a air pump and a heater for about 8 hours which is about as long as we get power cuts i have been adding bats everytime i have a spare £100 im hoping to get it up to 8 bats in the end they are on a trickle charge all the time to keep them topped up

i have to much money in fish to lose :)

Impressive. I really need to get some back up power sorted just in case:

Nice setup...I do maintain that my beamer is one of the quietest, cleanest burning and fuel effecient generators out there......It would run about 4 days on tank of gas...much longer if I only run it 20 minutes an hour......plus its very comfy, fast and chic dig it! LOL
