Edit: Oh I just noticed that the OP said it was 5-6", I didn't see that before and was thinking it was more like 2.5-3" from the pic. My bad.

I still think that S. obesus and S. nigromaculata are still strong possibilities, but without a pic from a side view, I can't tell for sure.

It doesn't look very well to me, it looks like some sort for infection on the pectorals fin and the right eye looks a bit bulged.

no the coloration on it seems different

yeah I know its not eurupitus I saw some today deffinately not them

well we can probably eliminate all somwhat rare syntodonis judging by the petstore.
