Looks like an Oreochromis type to me based off the body shape, gill spot, and dorsal spot. As for which one, I have no idea.

+1 Pelmatochromis nigrofasciatus.

I had a couple of pairs of these for a few years... They would breed regularly and always eat their eggs. Really pleasant and peaceful West African fish to keep with South Americans. My largest males grew to 6-7", females stay smaller.
