general cure has prazi which does treat flukes. Do not know what the dose strength is so hopefully it is sufficient. It also contains metro which is probably of minimal help for what you are describing in your original post. Lastly it has salt.

I think it is a good idea to treat with an antibiotic. Unfortunately soaking the food in it is probably not sufficient. Even more so it is very possibly adding to antibiotic resistance because you are probably giving too low of a dose. Oral feeding is a great way to treat fish. You need to find out the manufactures recommended dosing as a percent of the feed or based on weight of the fish. This way you can calculate the right about of medication and use a binding agent to adhere the meds to the food. You will not get this through soaking or most medications

250mg metro 75mg prazi per packet, treatment is two doses. I treated for 4 days soaking my fishes tilapia and shrimp for 1-3 hours, it seemed there was no I'll effect untill I discontinued use, although I stopped once the fishes feces returned to normal instead of the white stringy feces it was displaying before treatment, the fish we're actinging normal and eating normal then the next day I saw this coloring.

Raise temps, if this is what I think it is
(I saw this in largemouth bass), raise temp
And do several extra water changes.
