clothesline: at this point and time, your newly sprouted plant is to young to identify. Wait a couple of weeks and see what the size is of it then. Most plants are able to be identified after they get to be 2 to 3 inches in height. Sorry for this disappointing information, but from what I see of your newly sprouted plant which is growing from what may be a seed of some type, it's just to impossible to identify right now.

I had this happen when I reused some sand I had in a bucket. Lets just say that when I identified the plant, I decided better get it out before the fish start getting the munchies
