Arguing with Koji about aros is like arguing with the slap chop guy about slap chops.
more like arguing with Einstein about why E=mc^2.

Guys, I'm not trying to pick a fight here. Just wanna straighten some things up before newbie who are new to asia arowana getting the wrong info.

1st thread he start claimed he got some 24k golden head crossback for sale... Asking for how much consumers are willing to pay for one. Shortly picture of a crossback but no visible golden head feature is posted in there. (Thread closed by mod due to commercial intended)

2nd thread he post the same fish with no golden head feature and labelled it as 24k golden head crossback.

3rd thread which is this where RTG looking fish are labelled as crossback golden.

I believe all of us here welcome anyone who can show beautiful fish and personally I enjoy seeing beautiful fish been posted by all even from other farms. That's the enjoyment of aro appreciation.

But one thing I personally don't enjoy is when the fish doesn't fit the bill of what you are telling others. What if someone already purchase a fish from the source?

If you are operating a farm, I'm sure you know how much your fish worth, the basic requirement on how the fish feature or labelled to look like and how to feature the strong points of your fish. In short, knowing your stuffs. It's our responsiblity to sent the right informations to the public.

All these as my point of view as a hobbyist personally.:chillpill:

@ KOJI - well you are the master...what is your advice then?
@ Danzig85 - we will never win the master...
@ Hao - Again, master wins all the time...

I think Koji is kindly telling you that those arowana are Red tail golden and you are bang out of order advertising them as 24k golden heads or even just cross backs.
I own a group of RTG arowana and even I could tell they are not cross backs.
Admittedly they are very nice RTG arowana. There body shape is very nice. They are very stocky which I like. I just hope no-one has paid cross back prices for these.

nagamasone, I never claim to be a master or whatever sort. There's nothing to win nor to gain. Thus there's no need for sarcasm of any sort. Forumers who have been following closely here will understand and see where goes wrong...

One of your reply was saying that arowana is gonna be your future line of business. Your Credibility depend entirely on how you portrait your farm's fish. So that no doubts will surface in anyone who are reading your future post or sale thread.

@ fishman112, @ TimTheBadass, @ KOJI, @ valderi123
Thanks for correcting me and following my post closely.
What I understand about my fish is as what I post earlier. However, it might be wrong to certain extend. Besides, I post this up to get feedback from forumers and I am glad to have a group of experts who educate me on arowana. I feel enlightens with your comments.

Besides, I will be selling off the golden head arowana (posted earlier) as it don't really shows gold on the body. It is more to blue base golden head arowana. Moreover, it is too expensive to play with this kind of fish. In future, you all will be seeing crossback arowana in my coming post.

It doesn't matter if it's blue base or gold base... The issue is those crossback got no golden head feature and yet till now you still blaming the fish for not been gold base and been blue base thus will be selling them off?

It's like telling people that you claim your cat is a very good mouse catcher. But you are giving it away due to the fact that it's brown not black.

Guess I will got to rest my case... :(
