We have a pair of grant's peacock cichlids we call Lucy and Ricky.
A green terror we call Ms. Terror (she's single)
A s. eupterus that I like to call Louigi.
gold severum that we call Goldie (duh)
a clown loach we call "el loach-o"
we have lots of other fish but don't have "pet names" for them yet. these are just the fish we started calling by names.

Huey, Dewey, and F***er- Otocunclus
Patinna- Sparkling gourami (patinna is an art term for shiny).

My 13 inch Oscar Ive had for 8 years is named Ned. My male jack dempsey is Jack and his wife is Jackie (they are paired up). My big tilapias name is Butti, and my small tilapia's name is Buddah. My big jaguar's name is Junior, and my small Jaguars name is Scrapper.
I never name my fish off the back. I wait at least a year and make them earn their names. I still have many no name fish including my baby dempseys, loaches, blue lobster etc..

husband is a toyota mechanic so we have 2 sting rays named.....Tundra, and Tacoma you can guess which one is bigger.
Best friend gave me one of her rays and his name is Bruce after the shark from finding nemo.
I would like 2 more rays and hubby has already said he likes the names....Yaris, and Matrix none of the other fish have names only the rays.

I didn't come up with any of these names except for maybe new guy but here they are.

New Guy-Fire eel, name just stuck even though it isn't new at all, seems like it doesn't grow, and hides in the substrate.
