naming your fish

I named my fish when I first started with fish, but the first time one of them died my wife acted like her Mom died and was inconsolable. Ever since then we don't name fish in our house. I still have a pleco named Petey though that I've had since the beginning.
There was just a thread on this somewhere.
I did the first 6 months but I was buying them from walmart so I went through alot of them. I stopped after that.

My wife names all our fish. We just use google and see what other people are naming them. We just named our shubunkin goldfish using this thread http://goldfish-forum.com/names/ if you search for threads it makes it a lot easier. Some fish are easier than others
