Hi, i have 3 Vieja Argenteas, they are about 5 - 6" can i keep some N. Haitiensis with them?
And can someone tell me something and about N Haitiensis..

Because Vieja argentea is one of my favorite fishes and N. Haitiensis is also so i hope i can have them in the same tank!
And please post some pictures of your Haitiensis

Paw:nilly:

how big are the odo's? tank size? permenant or temp.?

Dont know the odo's size im going to buy they first...
The Argenteas are in a 413 gal tank atm. But im going to build a bigger tank soon... Its just a grow out tank!
Temp is 26C

Im no expert but my expierence with V.Argentea is that they if kept solo they can grow to stay that way I currently have 2. The first being in a 40g w 7'' carpintis will try to destroy anything added to the tank smaller than him. The other I have is a 5-6'' Argentea in a community tank with a few smaller spieces and he is pretty docile no nipping maybe a couple of chases during meal time but not aggressive at this time. both being the same size, the first one was removed because he was aggressive.

My Argenteas are pretty boring when i feed with fishes if they are over 1½" they dont eat it or trying to kill it... they just see the fu*king guppies as tankmates *lol*

The reason they do not suck up the guppies like gray on a hot biscuit is because they are not carinvores ,aggrevating to others, but not carnivores.

So wild caught does that mean I house 3 doviis in a 400g tank? HUH!!
