The tail looks right but can't tell if the pelvic fins have the black or not the way they are tucked in. The last time they got them in back in 2015, it seems they weren't true splendens but even the experts couldn't tell what they were. Work needs to be done with the parlius/splendens/teugelsi group and of course that's not even counting the racial differences between different watersheds.
