there IS life outside of your solar system ( and even within our solar system ) i just KNOW this is, whether scientist discovered a living being or not, its not really *new* they been out there longer then we now..

Well, there probably is, but we can't claim to know without evidence.

Ok, now I'm not sure if you're talking about the stuff on titan, or the arsenic bacterium. Both are kinda underwhelming.

I'm not sure why they were talking about the bacteria that replaced phosphate with arsenic, although perhaps it was just to show that it was possible, and that very similar bacteria could exist on Titan, which would explain the lack of certain chemicals, and the abundance of others.
