aah.
a varied diet is what gives them those great colors.
im going to try to train them to eat pellets from tomorrow.
hopefully the tems will follow.
they dont seem to eat tubifex either.

One way you can get them on to pellets is not feeding them for a day or two (I hate the idea of it but I've heard it works) once they are swimming around madly when you walk near the tank, just drop one pellet at a time.
If the pellet is on the ground, and they are not used to eating it, they wont touch it.

yea...
they get hungry real easy.
but the problem is i dont want to starve the tems.:irked:
yea,they rarely touch the shrimp once its on the ground.
then i have to clean up.
the pellets i use will be floating pellets.

Hopefully they'll take floating pellets.

i handfeed them from the surface.

I haven't actually tried floating pellets with mine.
Aslong as it moves around with the current of the water they should chase it.

Anything that moves they seem to want.
