Up for sale are native fish, a wild caught pumpkinseed sunfish, a wild caught bluegill, a wild caught green sunfish and 2 wild caught largemouth bass. They all were caught by a dipnet so no need to worry about hook injuries! The bass were caught from a small 3' wide stream and the all the sunfish were caught from a small pond, both in nj. Prices below:

Largemouth bass 4''-$7.50 each, both for $10 OBO

I caught them at burnham park pond. It took a long time but I weaned them to krill!

People do it all the time. The lake has overcrowded populations of these fish and they were gonna die anyway from starvation.

You're exactly right. It doesn't matter where the fish came from, it is illegal to sell without a permit. It is not up to the individual to decide whether it is acceptable or not.
