Phulltank, that would be me! I miss having that awesome collection. I pretty much got out of fish completely and have been for a long time, but now I'm getting in slowly with a few tanks. I remember you from way back when.

Hard to keep, cold deep water, tasty

Have you really eaten one? I see them almost everytime I dive in Lake Michigan. Thought they had the reputation similar to a carp. They are cool looking.
