ok so heres the update. i woke up this morning and turned the light on. i was thinking that those white specs would fall off by morning but no...still there. one of my bass has a large piece of skin missing above his head and the joint at his jaw it slightly pulled away from his skin. i purchased some dechlorinater with some stuff that promotes healing wounds and all around fish health. maybe after the meds disapate ill use some of that before i treat it again.
.

Good luck! I really hope that your fish feel better! I don't want to hear that any of your fish have died!

so far so good the one fish mostly infected has what i believe to be a large tumor on his gill and im wondering if that is opening doors for his other health problems. i think humanly "taking care of him" might be best for him and the rest of the tank mates.

the last pic with the bass...hes no longer with us:cry:

Dude, Sorry for your loss. That just sucks... :(

i though it was for the best with the bass. for weeks he hasnt been eating as much and i could tell that everyday it was slowly starting to get more difficult for him to live.

as for a description i would like to get a full tank shot but my tank is right by a window so in the day the glare ruins the photo and at night obviously the tank light will do the same thing.

i do have a planted tank with some live ones starting to do fairly well. im looking forward to my water lilly bulbs to really take off their somewhat slow growers. i have 3 bullhead cats 2 are a pale yellow and one is a very dark brown yellow belly. all range from 4 to 6 in. 1 koi which is growning incredibly fast and will be released into the watering whole where our horses drink in the spring. 1 jack dempsey who is about 3 in and going through a awesome color change i tried to rehome him for a while but couldnt find anyone so he just settled in now. im down to 7 bass one is growing like a weed and the rest are a steady and slow incline. they range from about 4-6 inches. 75 gallon tank with natural color gravel over blue and green which the cat fish love to mix up and completely ruin the natual look lol. some reall plants some fake with a log where the catfish love to hide. 24 in. light so one side stays lit and one side stays dark for the cats. a penguin 350 for filtration with some pre filter screens and a air pump and stone .
