Well under every users avatar is a post count, yours says over 2200...which i believe that you have said it many times.... BUT, the OP has less than 300.... so don't you think there is a possibility that he/she might have not seen you post about it previously. If i'm not mistaken the point in this forum is to gain knowledge about the hobby, and for one hobbyist to help out another. If you have that mentality that you believe it's not your problem and that you don't care to help out someone who is in the hobby with you. ESPECIALLY when you DO know the law, your not willing to share that information with someone else, in a polite manner regardless of how many times you've said it...this might not be the right place for me to stick around then if this is what i have to look forward to when asking a question that needs a serious answer.
