a great place for natives in the cincinnati area is jones fish.they will sell you one fish or has many has you want.have bought bass, cats ,pike, and hybird bluegill(that are about 8.5 inches now).some as low as .75 each.sizes range from 2 in.to 2 ft on some fish.they have a web site with prices and will answer e-mails almost before you finish sending them. i think its jones fish .com :

www.jonesfish.com does work, great prices but the west coast is out of their usual delivery area, $150 minimums on shipped fish but at a buck and a half a walleye, wow! thanks for the link, some of the Ohio members might want to make the drive.

yeah a buddy just got some 10-12 inch pikes for his homemade 500 gallon wood tank and they are monsters at feeding time.i also know they will send a free (very nice color gloosy catalog) with pumps ,game fish food etc.

The best place around here to get natives is a local pond or lake.

I don't even think I've seen any natives in the lfs since I've been living here.

Some states don't allow gamefish to be boght/sold - and many natives are game fish. Catch 'em yourself, check the baitshops for minnow species ( and fry at the rigth time of year).
