So must of us started with the bright and shiny tanks, but then we evolve it would seem. I must admit I miss my sand, I have a BB tank but then again I only vac like every 3 months.

as natural as possible for me... so sand, lots of driftwood, and a few rocks and plants... since personally speaking, bare bottom tanks with no decor bore the crap out of me, no matter how nice the fish inside are...
