Hi,my name is Rob and I am new to this. I was looking to set up an aquarium with two smallmouth, some bluegill, crayfish ect. I was wondering what tank size would be good and how much work it would actually take once everything is up and running. Is 240 gallons going to be enough space for two smallies? I would appreciate your feed back. Thank.

I would say a 240 probably isnt' big enough for smallies, what are the dimensions of your tank?

240 is fine. My 210 is 6x2x30 inch. A 350 is like8x3 1/2 x3. Im sorry but a tank that size, I would have rays in it.
