Navy yard shooting in DC

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yeah, sorry if I wasn't clear. had nothing to do with people having ptsd.
I think whatever was done to the cows was out of sheer boredom. most people just hate being out in that open nevada country.

I don't think you understand what I meant, it was the cattle who had been running on the test site that had ptsd (not the men). and it was from the guys chasing them in vehicles, taking potshots near them to watch them freak out. or whatever, who knows.
and those cattle absolutely acted "different".
the ranchers aren't allowed to go get them every year, so they'd be out there for a while, not having gone through the yearly routines like the others.
even when we got them out of that area, some of them would just take off up into some remote place and never could be caught.
they were crazy because they'd been taught to behave unpredictably.
You don't have to believe it if you want. but all those range cattle are more "wild" than fenced cows. a couple/few years of wrong chasing and it's hard to imagine how they get.

I did misunderstand, my apologies. In this circumstance, the PTSD cows would certainly be good for a laugh lol

and as for the computer workers, I only know what recent news has panned out. nothing firsthand.

No worries there; the news is terrible about twisting things. 99% of government computers have about as much access to classified stuff as the computers you and I are typing on now.

Sorry, I have a horrid tendency for babbling on about crazy old adventures.
TBH, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. HA!

Not sure what,if anything, will result from this but the Defense Secretary has ordered a review of military security.

I think a review of why someone being treated for mental disorders still had security clearance might be more useful.

What about his having weapons and being mentally ill. Unlawful discharge around these parts is a felony usually so how did he get away with it twice.

Just another one of those laws no one wants to talk about.

According to this article, the file for the Seattle incident was lost between the police and the courts:

"It's kind of a mystery to us because the notes in the police report say it was referred to Municipal Court," Mills said of the case involving Alexis and the tire shooting, the records of which were released online Monday. "That report never made it to our office, so we didn't have the ability to review it. Whether we would have filed charges or not is unknown but it never came into our system."
