He left cause he wanted to win a ring. The cavs obviously weren't gonna help that happen. He couldn't do it on his own. Tell me kobe, Jordon or bird wouldn't leave if they had to carry their team game in and game out. Its a team game...you don't win with just 1 player

We've all heard that story,but free agents switch teams all the time,and last time I checked,Jordan went to play base ball and then went to the wizards.the celts have more'star' players anyway and still lost
Jordon had to carry his team %99.99 of he way. And yes players switch team to team but not all stars and mvps. All he needed was some patience. His fans in Cleveland worshiped hIm that was his home they believed from the start in him. They put all their faith in him. Wiinning at title in Cleveland would have ment the world to them. Imo would have been the best championship ever won (in my time). To me that 1 title would have been worth more then 3-4titles.

i love a good sports argument but i'm tired of beating you into a bloody pulp sparty! there is a video that was often played a few years ago before he left cleveland....i can't find it right now but he says while looking directly into the camera "i have a goal, it's a huge goal....to bring a championship to cleveland and i WON'T STOP UNTIL I GET IT"

it is the 2nd best one man performance. its not all about pts its about the criteria they use pts rebs assists. all the experts who cover the game said it was the 2nd best perforance in playoff history behind wilt chamberlain
everyone wants to stomp on james. give the man his due. i mean the bulls and lakers have always had superb surrounding talent and depth. cavs had just james and heat have james wade and bosch after that nothing. i totally agree with steven a smith that james is the best 3.5 quarter player in the game. if he doesnt do what he does then the heat arent even in position to win at the end. if james can carry the team for 3 and a half quarters then they need to step it up for him in the clutch. okc top 3 are just about even with the heat but okc depth just keeps going and that why they win the finals
