That's funny. Baron Davis goes from GS to Clipps, and now GS's trying to drag Brand from Clipps after he opted out in order to get Davis (supposedly). Hope Minnesota's watching and learning!

thats just pay back by mullin, even if the warriors donts sign brand at least they made the clip's pay the max for brand..thereby eliminating their chances at sorrounding davis and brand with more talent, because they already spent all their cap space on brands huge contract

Been gone for a while, out of the country, did I "hear" you guys saying Davis went to the Clips? I've seen around that the Sixers are going after Brand and Smith, but thats the only news I've heard, what did I miss?

Didn't know Davis got traded either I just got cable hooked up yesterday, I never knew I'd miss First Take that much.

BTW, while I was on that site I looked at the crop of players who will be available in 09 and 10 through free agency and ! The next two years are going to be great for the NBA, there will be guys going all over the place. I'll find the link and put it up.

Well here's the deal. Davis opted out of his last year (didn't actually get traded), Brand opted out as well in "agreement" to re-sign for whatever they had left after signing Davis. He would basically take a pay cut......and he has yet to sign. Maggette opted as well, he's going somewhere else. Boston is trying, but at the possible expense of Posey . I haven't seen much other than what I've posted already. Pretty stagnant so far.
