16 is like the smalles, and 1 is the biggest. then it goes 1/0 being smallest -18/0 biggest (i've seen)

can i catch them now? like during feb? im itching to catch a fish lol. and i still have no clue where to get live worms or any kind of new gear . so for like the first time ever i literally have no gear that will work for the fish in the area.

go to a local B&T and get set-up. tell them what your looking for.

id suggest a 4.5ft UL spinning rod with a 1000 size reel and 4lb mono. try to get one of those round packages of gold worm hooks. and a round package of split shots and another of swivels. three round packs and a rod is all you need.

definetly target them, with flys, meal worms. but a great bait that people nail those small native trout on are trout magnets!!!try them out u'll be suprised

walmart get an inflater so you dont need a bobber. Maybe flies with a water bobber if there is a current to send your bait to the fish.

yea dont go to walmart there are some real good tackleshops in the fairfield bridgport area

if there trout that would be cool, im not to sure they are though just sound like minows darters if there really active especially in winter
