Welcome bro!! I just moved to Mississippi from Nebraska...great times there. I member the good ol' days of being able to find sh's at Earl Mays and what not. Do you member Nebraska Tropics? It was on 70th and O or sumptin like that...was my fav. LFS there in Lincoln. Closed down a few years back, really disappointed it did...great store. Anywho, make sure you keep Fish World And Fish Store busy gettin in kewl fishies. They ordered me in some Giant Gourami...but I wasn't able to swing by and get them before i came out here...haha. WELCOME!

I'm not familiar with Nebraska Tropics but I've only lived in Lincoln for a little over 6 years. I was just at the Fish Store today, they had a really cool looking catfish measuring about 10" they had it labeled as a Marble cat but when I asked about about they said it was some sort of hybrid, it looked like a Redtail only brown with spots. If only I had a tank large enough.

Hahaha...that used to be MY catfish...
. Its a sailfin pim. x red tail cat hybrid. I got it at 3" and grew it out to 8"...then gave it to one of my friends cuz i was moving and he took it to them...
..oh well. If you look at its....i think left whiskers one of them is branched...
...two whiskers growing offa one whiskerGonna get up to about 36" bro...gonna be a beefy one too. they have it in with that lava rock, the idiots....so its got that gash down the center of its head, don't know if its gonna heal properly. Not to impressed wit that LFS to begin with. keep your eyes peeled though, they get in fish sometimes and don't know what they are so you can get them cheaper than normal. They had some red hooks mixed in with their silver dollars.......twas a nice find. BTW....infront of the counter, top tank to the far right, there is a juv. adonis pleco......great quality...should check it out. Likes to hide behind one of the UGF tubes..
