Chocolates will get to big quickly and so will sevrums eventually but you could use as a grow out for a year or so no problem if you had plans to upgrade at some point.

Would Severums and Chocolates not get too big?

I think Keyholes would be nice and they are supposed to be relatively peaceful.

a choclate cichlid would be pushing it. It could work just cross your fingers that you get a female(i am not shure if you can sex juvies)
