Need a correct ID on this fish Help please !

Got given this fish never seen one before got told it was a RED FINNED APPOLO SHARK but tried doing a google search on the speices but nothing matched the name ................. HELP ME PLEASE !

I have an apollo shark. Not a "red finned" one, but an apollo nonetheless. Mine doesn't look like that at all. Mine looks like the ones from the google pics. With the upturned mouth. Like a top feeder rather than a mid level fish. Hrmmmmm not sure what that one is...

Also if you can't quite make out it's dorsal fin has a red tint on the edge of it so does the cauldal fin and also it has a red arch shape over the eye like an eyebrow.

NO unfortunatly NOT ! it's got a red tint on the Cauldal fin not yellow spots also it's red eyebrow isn't as far back as the pic's you have shown.

I'm not sure if that's even a valid name, but maybe it's a Barbus eutaenia.

Sorry mate that's not it either it's cauldal fin is round on the ends not pointed !
