I thought I had explained it clear enough. Tank is drilled for 1/2 inch bulk head. I need 3/4 inch piping in it. 3/4 bulk head does not fit, DUR. How would I get 3/4 pipe in there and make a seal that is trustworthy.

You didn't explain it clear enough until your last post. You could use an adaptive sleeve coupling with pvc glue but your flow will still be reduced (kind of defeats the purpose). If you wear polarized lenses you will be able to tell if the glass is tempered by looking through it into the sunlight. If it is you will see a rainbow type effect which I wouldn't drill. If you can't drill I'd seal your bulk heads and run a different style overflow.
