Seems like the blood worms and the beef hearts are spoiling him. I have had good results with okiko platinum. Many people say it doesn't work but I have had good results. Certain foods for a individual fish is hit or a miss most of the time. Just get it on a good pellet diet and it will love the humpy head while treating it once in a while with blood worms and beef heart.

Well now it has started to like humpy head, just gobbles it up but should I feed it just that everyday? Or once a day along with blood worms beef heart and other stuff..

Do you feed the fish at a fixed time or just randomly space the meals 2-3times daily?

I mix all my pellets for my FHs together. That way they don't get used to eating just 1 type of food. Of course there is more cichlids staple in the mix than the other high hormone/protein enhancers

I feed the enhancers 3 times a week once a day every other day. The for the regular feeding try to get a stable pellet. So replace once of the 2 or 3 meals a day with the humpy head.
 
blood worms should not be fed on a regular basis, unless you want a constipated flowerhorn. And beefheart is way too high in protein and fat for flowerhorns digestive system. They are prone to intestinal issues very easily.
 
That fish is a male. Do not rely on the marking on top of the dorsal fin. Base on the body shape of the fish, the big chest, that defines every thing of being a male trait to me. If that isn't a male, then that is one manly looking female FH that I have ever seen...
