next time she's at your place constantly move her things like for example reading glasses, rings, clothes, toiletries, coffee, keys. not big things just stuff she uses. she'll be so busy looking for them she wont have the time to move furniture.

Just sit her down and talk with her. Say: "gran, I can't move the things around in your house, and you can't move things around in my house. I know you are only trying to help, but I like my house the way it is. So I would appreciate it if you would just leave my house the way it is."
If that does not work, tell her she is a stubborn old woman, and will not be allowed into YOUR house untill she promises not to move your stuff anymore.
After all, not being funny, it is YOUR house, not hers, and she should respect that, regardless of her age!

when i get old, im going to do this to my kids.
